隐私政策
OBD Lens 的默认原则是：车辆诊断数据留在您的设备上，除非您主动分享。以下说明适用于长沙蓝狐信息科技有限公司发布的 OBD Lens 移动应用。
1. 我们处理的数据
- 车辆与诊断数据：VIN、OBD 参数、故障码、就绪状态、适配器身份与车辆电压。当前版本在本机处理这些数据。
- 驾驶记录与精确位置：只有您主动开始驾驶记录，或您另行开启的自动记录在可信适配器连接后启动时，应用才处理带相对时间的经纬度、水平精度，以及设备提供时的海拔、速度和航向，并与您选择的 OBD 参数对齐。路线默认只留在本机。
- 连接数据：您选择的蓝牙设备标识，或局域网 OBD 主机与端口，只用于建立您发起或明确授权自动恢复的连接。
- 应用设置：例如是否已完成新手引导、诊断历史和已安装车型包，保存在本机。
- 商店交易：订阅价格、试用资格和交易状态由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理。Android 版本会把 Google Play 购买令牌和商品 ID 发送给我们的权益服务进行有效性校验；我们不接收您的完整支付卡信息。为兼容无互联网的 Wi‑Fi OBD 热点，Android 仅在本机保存商品 ID、订阅到期时间和最近验证时间，最长离线使用 7 天，不保存购买令牌。
2. 权限用途
蓝牙权限用于发现并连接您选择的 BLE OBD；Android 上的附近设备权限还用于 Classic SPP。局域网权限用于连接 Wi‑Fi OBD。Android USB Host 仅在您选择 USB/OTG 设备后访问该设备。自动连接默认关闭，只能在真实 OBD 握手成功后绑定到您明确选择的单台蓝牙适配器；不会持续扫描其他设备。位置权限只用于您主动开始的路线记录，或您另行开启的自动驾驶记录；自动记录仅在该可信适配器连接后开始。切到后台后，Android 显示前台服务通知，iOS 显示系统位置指示；适配器断开或您点击停止后结束记录。拒绝位置权限不影响普通诊断，但无法生成带路线的驾驶记录。
3. 存储、分享与保留
当前公开版本不要求账号，不自动上传 VIN、故障码、诊断历史、实时参数或 GPS 路线，也不集成广告追踪 SDK。本机最多保存 20 份诊断历史和 12 次驾驶记录，您可逐份删除；iOS 私有数据使用系统数据保护并排除设备备份，Android 驾驶记录保存在禁止备份的私有目录。路线视频在本机生成并暂存于缓存，包含 OBD Lens 品牌和官网二维码水印。诊断报告、CSV 或路线视频只有在您点击系统分享按钮后，才会交给您选择的目标应用；目标应用的处理受其自身政策约束。卸载应用会移除本地数据，但系统、商店或您已分享至第三方的副本不受本应用控制。
4. 服务提供方
Apple 和 Google 为订阅、试用资格、购买与恢复购买提供平台服务。您主动安装社区车型包时，应用会从 GitHub 的 OBDb 仓库下载所选公开文件；该请求不包含 VIN 或诊断数据。若未来加入可选账号、云同步或崩溃分析，我们会先更新本政策，并在需要时征得同意。
5. 安全与儿童
应用的车辆通信核心限制为只读诊断服务。我们采用合理措施保护本地数据，但任何网络或无线连接都无法保证绝对安全。本产品面向持有或获准诊断车辆的成年人，不面向儿童提供服务。
6. 您的选择与联系我们
您可以拒绝蓝牙、局域网或位置权限，随时停止驾驶记录、删除本地会话、断开适配器、不分享文件，或卸载应用。隐私问题和数据请求请发送至 support@obdlens.com。运营方：长沙蓝狐信息科技有限公司，中国湖南长沙。
Privacy Policy
OBD Lens keeps vehicle diagnostic data on your device by default. This policy applies to the OBD Lens mobile app published by Changsha Blue Fox Information Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Data we process
The app processes VINs, OBD parameters, diagnostic trouble codes, readiness status, adapter identity and vehicle voltage locally. Only after you explicitly start a drive recording, or after an automatic log you enabled separately begins following connection of its trusted adapter, the app processes precise coordinates and accuracy, plus altitude, speed and course when supplied by the device, and aligns them with your selected OBD parameters. Routes remain on-device by default. Bluetooth identifiers or a local-network host and port are used only for a connection you initiate or explicitly authorize the app to restore. Preferences, diagnostic history and the installed vehicle pack remain on-device. Apple or Google processes subscription pricing, eligibility and payments. On Android, the Google Play purchase token and product ID are sent to our entitlement service for validity checks; we do not receive full payment-card details. To support internet-less Wi-Fi OBD hotspots, Android caches only the product ID, subscription expiry and last verification time for up to seven offline days; it never stores the purchase token.
2. Permissions
Bluetooth permissions discover and connect to the adapter you select. Auto-connect is off by default and can be bound to one Bluetooth adapter only after a real OBD handshake; the app does not continuously scan for unrelated devices. Local Network connects to Wi-Fi OBD adapters. Android USB Host is used only after you select a USB/OTG device. Location is used only for a drive recording you start or for automatic drive logs you enable separately. An automatic log starts only after the trusted adapter connects. Android shows a foreground-service notification and iOS shows the system location indicator while background recording continues; recording ends when the adapter disconnects or you tap Stop. Denying location does not block ordinary diagnostics, but prevents route recording.
3. Storage and sharing
The current public version requires no account, automatically uploads no VIN, trouble code, diagnostic history, live PID data or GPS route, and includes no advertising tracker. Up to 20 diagnostic reports and 12 driving sessions remain on-device and can be deleted. Private data is excluded from device backup; iOS also applies system data protection. Route videos are generated locally in cache and contain OBD Lens branding and a website QR watermark. A report, CSV or route video leaves the app only when you invoke the system share sheet. The selected destination then applies its own policy. Uninstalling removes local data, but cannot remove platform records or files you already shared to third parties.
4. Providers and changes
Apple and Google provide subscription and purchase services. When you choose to install a community vehicle pack, the app downloads that public file from an OBDb repository hosted by GitHub; the request contains no VIN or diagnostic data. Before adding optional accounts, cloud sync or crash analytics, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
